Change of Mind
We're pleased to offer both exchanges and refunds on change of mind purchases for almost all full price items, provided;
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the return package.
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item(s) are unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags and stickers in place.
Returning Incorrect Goods
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Where possible we'll aim to replace the wrong item.
Please provide your original order number and photos of the item(s) receive.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
In the unlikely case you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are pleased to offer a 60 day warranty period.
This is limited to covering faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in compliance with the care instructions provided.
It does not cover the below:
Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse or negligence, staining caused by strongly coloured foods/spices, melting caused by overheating, scoring of boards.
Refund & Exchange Procedure
Should you request an exchange or refund, please contact us at email@example.com with your original order number and photos of the item included.
Upon reviewing your details, we'll issue you with the return address and details.
Unless fauly, return postage is at the cost of the buyer. We strongly encourage all returns use a registered or trackable service, with the appropriate insurance. All items must be packed appropriately to avoid any damage. All returns remain the responsibility of the buyer until received by FRANKY'S. We are not responsible, and reserve the right to refuse a return if items are returned damaged due to poor/insufficient packaging.
Once your return package has been received and approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount less our original delivery costs. Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.
In most circumstances, the refund will take up to 3 business days; however is dependent on your bank or credit card provider.
